Watson Research Group -
Marine Biology in a Changing World
We study ecology, ecophysiology and biodiversity at the College of Science and Engineering (and previously the Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for Coral Reef Studies) at James Cook University and the Museum of Tropical Queensland, Queensland Museum Network. Our research group works on marine animal ecology including life-history traits, behaviour, physiology, evolution and biogeography, and uses a wide range of techniques to address key research questions. We mainly work with marine invertebrates, but also fishes and coral.
